A.I.R. Gallery artists have taken over a 19th century house on Governor's island with paintings on the peeling walls and installations in the cabinets. My work emerges from a little door in the wall that beckoned me.

If you're around on Thursday September 4th, I hope you can join me at the reception for my first solo show in NYC at A.I.R. Gallery. I will exhibit a series of abstract, drawing-based works that range from shadow-boxes to installations, inspired by a mix of science fiction and biological forms. We're proud to announce the new design for the A.I.R. Gallery website went live today!
A.I.R. Gallery will install a group exhibition at Governor's Island, late August-September 2014. House 5B is perfect for site-specific works, with its light-flooded rooms, peeling walls and seemingly endless wunkerkammer-inflected closets, shelves and cabinets...
I have plans to exhibit a miniature, semi-hidden installation in the space.
